Teign Designs is an independent structural engineering consultancy based in Newton Abbot, Devon.
The practice is led by a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) with more than forty years’ experience in structural engineering and construction. Engineering advice is provided to homeowners, builders and architects undertaking building work to existing and new properties.
The work typically involves assessing existing structures, developing appropriate structural solutions and preparing the calculations and drawings required for construction and Building Control approval.
Clear CAD drawings are produced to communicate the structural design effectively and assist builders during construction.
Engineering calculations and drawings are prepared in accordance with current Building Regulations and recognised structural design standards.
Projects are undertaken throughout Teignbridge, Torbay and the surrounding areas of South Devon.
